It is a busy day for former Virginia Tech quarterback Michael Vick.
After spending 18 months in federal prison on dog fighting charges, Vick filed for bankruptcy and signed with the Philadelphia Eagles.
Earlier today in Newport News, a judge approved Vick’s plan to repay $20 million to creditors according to the Richmond Times-Dispatch.
Tonight, Vick will make his debut with the Eagles against the Jacksonville Jaguars.
He is eligible to play in the final two preseason games, but must await a decision from commissioner Roger Goodell before playing in the regular season. Goodell has said he will make a decision no later than week six.
Eagles coach Andy Reid has not said how he will use Vick, as the team’s starting quarterback is Donovan McNabb. Zc
