McCain Concedes..
Republican Presidential Candidate John McCain concedes the election to Barack Obama.
Environment in McLean
Governor Tim Kaine rallied the crowd as Barack Obama was projected to be the President of the United States. He declared “Barack Obama is the President of the United States.” The crowd answered with a “Yes We Can” cheer.
